Rainy season in Aruba runs from late October to mid-January. Mainly in the form of showers, most showers in Aruba fall overnight. Even if you are on the beach, the skies open up and 10 minutes later all is forgotten.
Aruba has been rainy this rainy season. But today as you see courtesy of the Bucuti Beach Cam...that is certainly NOT the case.

This question has come up over the years in various Aruba forums. As a long time lover of
Aruba's Palm Beach, after twelve years of observation I am going to add my two cents. In 1995 when we first visited Aruba, the water was NOT crystal clear on Palm Beach. Intermittently over the years the water has been sometimes clear. For the most part though, I am going to say that during the months of January, March, June, September and December the water has hardly ever been crystal clear.

"Showtime Aruba launches operations and announces its lineup schedule, which begins Christmas week at the Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino’s luxurious Crystal Theater and features the biggest performers to play Aruba.
There are new stars coming out each night in Aruba starting this winter and they’re changing the face of entertainment on the island.
Showtime Aruba, the newest entertainment provider in Aruba, will lift the curtains December 26 at the Crystal Theater and welcome legendary performer Mary Wilson of the Supremes to open their first week of shows.

Christmas is coming for sure. I don't know about you, but our household, year 'round shops for many many things online. This year we identified a new used car for dh online. We used the CarMax website to find the car he wanted. Then it was just a matter of driving to CarMax, checking the car over, taking it for a test drive and handing over the payment. The car was clean but it took them longer to wash and "prep" the car than it did to fill out the paperwork. And oh, did I mention, no haggling?
